"sleep-based" meditation that relieves tension, boosts the immune system, decreases anxiety, depression, ADHD, PTSD, and Insomnia. It also helps to train the mind/body to dis-engage from stress-producing thoughts and prevents future physical and emotional symptoms at the root.

Shira Nicks, founder of The High Flying Disk, is a certified Advanced I AM Yoga Nidra™ meditation practitioner and Wellness Coach to children, teens, and adults. Combining mindfulness-based techniques with modern psychology, she guides her clients into the deepest brain wave states in which self-destructive habits and behavior patterns are effortlessly erased and reprogrammed. Shira assists her clients with the tools and “superpowers” to self-soothe, make sound decisions, and optimize physical and mental well-being.
